By accessing or using MoonshotWhale ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use MoonshotWhale. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
MoonshotWhale may not be available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
3. Account Registration
To participate in markets, you must register an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
4. Platform Services
4.1 Prediction Markets
MoonshotWhale offers prediction markets where users purchase YES or NO shares on the outcome of real-world events. Winning shares resolve at $1.00 per share. Losing shares resolve at $0.00. Share prices fluctuate based on market activity.
4.2 Crypto Predictor
Crypto Predictor is a separate game feature where users predict short-term price movements of cryptocurrency assets. Correct predictions earn real balance credits.
4.3 Worker Program
When you participate on the Platform, a background worker may utilise your browser's CPU resources to support platform operations. This is disclosed at login and can be paused at any time. You earn real dollars for each completed worker share.
5. Payouts
Balances of $1.00 or more are eligible for payout. Payout requests are processed within 24–48 hours. MoonshotWhale reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts pending identity verification or fraud review.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Using automated bots, scripts, or other tools to manipulate markets
- Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Engaging in market manipulation or collusion
- Providing false information during registration or payout requests
- Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MoonshotWhale and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MoonshotWhale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or participation in prediction markets.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.
